If you are a big lover of beer, you can order 1 gallon, which is equal to 4,5 litres. By the way, 1 pint of good beer cost about 60 cents. And one gallon petrol - 2,5 dollar. I don't offer you to drink petrol, I just help you to orient yourself in Russian prices. Distance in Russia is measured in kilometers - 1 mile is equal to 1,6 kilometer. That's why if you are told that it is about 20 kilometers to the airport, divide it in two, and you will receive a distance in miles. For example, if you want to go from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok, which is located on another side of the country, you will have to cover about 12.000 kilometers or 7.200 miles - almost the same as you covered from the USA to your fiancee.
